If necessary, get someone to help you do it. That could be a family member, but it could also be your doctor for example.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Talk to your doctor or another healthcare professional.<\/strong><br \/>A healthcare provider can explain your options to you. They can also help you to gather your thoughts and make a choice. Read below where you can go for help.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember<\/strong>!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Do this as soon as possible!
