En algunas mujeres, esta zona es muy sensible porque forma parte de la estructura interna del cl\u00edtoris. Aunque la punta visible del cl\u00edtoris es peque\u00f1a, se extiende internamente con tejido esponjoso y terminaciones nerviosas, algunas de las cuales pueden sentirse a trav\u00e9s de la pared vaginal.<\/p>\n<p>No todas las mujeres experimentan sensibilidad en esta zona, por lo que el punto G puede no ser f\u00e1cilmente detectable para todas. Para localizarlo, puede introducir un dedo en la vagina con la palma de la mano mirando hacia el abdomen.
